What forms of payment do you accept?

We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover/Novus, PayPal, checks and money orders (drawn on US funds.) Please DO NOT send cash in the mail, as this opens up the possibility of lost or stolen orders, and your disappointment

How much are the shipping charges?

A

Shipping for all orders in the U.S. and Canada is only $4.50, no matter how many items you order..
Computing shipping charges within the U.S. and Canada is simple. Unless you ask for Express Mail delivery, all orders are sent by U.S. Priority Mail (air mail to Canada). Priority Mail normally takes three to five business days for delivery, but is not guaranteed by the Postal Service.

I want you to ship my order via Express Mail. How do I change the shipping method that the online shopping cart uses?

Choosing your shipping method is simple. Click on the icon below to set your shipping method.  Your shopping cart will be adjusted to reflect the shipping method you have chosen.

Does someone have to sign for my package when it is delivered?

A

Orders delivered by Express Mail require a signature. Orders delivered by Priority Mail normally do not require a signature. All orders totaling $100 or more normally require a signature.

Can you ship an order to someone as a gift from me?

A

Absolutely! When you click on the "Go to Checkout Now" button in our shopping cart, choose the second order form option labeled "Order by Credit Card Online (separate billing and shipping address)." Just click this option and you'll be able to specify your gift recipient's address. You'll also be able to personalize your gift with a special message to the recipient in the Sentiment section.

Are the prices for your products shown in U.S dollars? How can I determine how much your prices are in my own country's currency?

Yes, all prices are shown in U.S. Dollars. To get a close estimate of the cost in your own country's currency just go to our currency converter, enter the price of the product, and you'll be given a close estimate of the equivalent cost in your country's currency. Please note, however, that all payments must be made in U.S. Dollars. Credit cards are the simplest way to make payments, and will be as close to the current exchange rate as possible

"Do you always ship via UPS Ground delivery when I chose that as my shipping preference?"

A

No. If your product is lightweight and low-priced, we and our access warehouses may ship the product via Priority Mail. In some cases, you will receive a USPS Delivery Confirmation number, in others, you will not; it depends on which warehouse it ships from. There is no additional charge for this expedited, upgraded delivery service. If you chose "Ground" as your delivery preference, you will never be charged more than the calculated shipping

"What should I do when my package first arrives?"

A

Please open all boxes immediately and check contents for damage. We must be notified of any damage or other problems within 2 days of you receiving your products. In order to serve you better, we request that you also inspect all of your products for obvious defects/blemishes within 2 days of receiving them.
